NETWORK OF INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY LEADERS
Network of International Ministry Leaders (NIML)
As a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, in all my apostolic travels, I have encountered people across multiple continents of every hue, all hungry for God and eager to help and strengthen their communities. Many organizers and leaders lack a distinct calling or do not align with any particular religious culture. Nor are they familiar with the rhetoric associated with theological doctrines or Western church idealism. Despite their hardships and challenges, their faith remains remarkably strong. Initially, I was compelled to jump in and help improve their situation, but then, a louder voice within urged me to leave well enough alone and respect their integrity. I became enamored with their passion for God and their hunger for His word. Unknowingly, I transformed into a beacon of hope, a resource, and an opportunity, though none of these would be independently sustainable. Through building relationships, I was viewed as a pastor, mentor, and father to a small group of people who lacked a formal five-fold kingdom assignment. They were disconnected, unaware of each other’s existence. One day, a pastor in West Africa disappeared, and his wife, knowing he was establishing Jubilee Training Centers in Liberia, found my number and called for help. I reached out to another son who lived about two hours away and asked him to visit the church and the pastor’s family and to contact anyone in ministry who could assist in locating the man. Within thirty minutes, we found him and safely returned him to his home. I could not have managed this from Sacramento, CA, without the support of people who gather for prayer and worship, or those who lead small bible study groups independent ministers and ministry leaders in West Africa, who deserve full credit for helping to establish the Network of International Ministry Leaders, where we Nurture, Inspire, Mobilize, and Lead.
